STAR Awards
Every quarter we recognise those colleagues who have gone the extra mile at
work. You can nominate a colleague who you think may have gone out of their
way to help you or has done something to benefit their team or the business. A
panel of judges decides on our STAR Winners and details are published on
Octopus HR. The winners get a choice of some lovely prizes! And, please don’t
think that just because you haven’t been here for very long that you can’t be
nominated – we’ve had some fabulous STAR Winners who have been with us for
only a short time!
Benefits and Long Service Awards
Depending on your JacTravel Band, location, status and length of service, you
will qualify for a range of benefits. We’ll let you know what these are as they
relate to you in particular. When you’ve been with us for 5 years, this will include a
Long Service Award to say thank you for your loyalty.

This is our annual survey where we find out how you’re feeling about working at
JacTravel. This gives us an opportunity to review what we’re doing and to make
changes for the better.
Refer a Friend
If you like it here and think one of our vacancies may be suitable for a friend of
yours then please refer them. We’ll give you a bonus if we employ them once
they’ve passed their probationary period.
