Starting Your JacTravel Journey FINAL DRAFT - Flipbook - Page 21
One 2 One’s
We believe it’s really important for you to have quality time with your line
manager. He/she will therefore arrange regular meetings with you to review
progress, give and receive feedback, discuss actions/next steps, consider what
you’ve learnt and what may need to change, discuss any challenges that you’re
facing and more generally, find out how you’re feeling and what more he/she
can do to support you.
If you would like to schedule a One 2 One meeting with your line manager, don’t
hesitate to book this in his/her calendar.
Keeping in touch with you
You’ll be hearing from us!
We want to make sure you’re getting off to a good start so don’t be surprised if
you hear from one of our directors. It’s not something to be worried about!
Contact with HR
One of the HR team will be in touch with you at various points during your
probationary period and beyond. If you have any problems, concerns or
questions or would just like to talk something through with HR then just pop in to
the office in London or Romania if you’re based in one of these or email
hrlondon@jactravel.co.uk (all locations except Romania) and
hrromania@jactravel.co.uk (Romania) and one of the team will call you back.
Induction survey
We want you to have a great start to your working life at JacTravel and so it’s
important to us to find out how you’re getting on. We’re hoping you’ll tell us
along with way but we’d also like to ask you more formally when you’re been
here for around 3 and 6 months. That way we can understand more about what
we’re doing well and what we need to improve on for the future. We’ll be
sending you a link to the Induction Survey so please do complete this when it
pops into your inbox.
